In this guide, I will explain the vast drink package options that Celebrity Cruise Line offers. There is a lot to consider when you ask yourself should I get the drink package or should I upgrade to the deluxe drink package? The honest truth is that you can only answer for yourself if it is worth it or not. It depends on what you want to drink and how often you plan on drinking those beverages. For some people it is cheaper to buy or upgrade to the Deluxe Beverage Package or for others it makes financial sense to not buy a drink package or to stay with the package that came with your cruise fare. Be sure to read all the way to the bottom to see if your Captains Club Membership gives you free drinks or discounts.
Cruises booked on or after Nov 17,2020 include the classic drink package unless if you chose (Celebrity’s) Simply Sail pricing package (which is allowed only on select cruises ),
Wondering if upgrading to the deluxe drink package makes sense? This article is for you. I will also discuss the other non-alcoholic drink package, and I will discuss what beverages are complementary to everyone. Let’s look at the details of the packages. Please note beverage packages are not available on Galapagos sailings which (most) drinks are included.
Classic Package: Starts at $59 per day per person (Package is complimentary in most cruise fares booked after November 17, 2020)

What is included in the premium drinks package on Celebrity Cruises?

The high-end suites: Iconic, Edge, Penthouse, Reflection, Royal, Signature suites you Get complimentary bottles of water, soda, and beers stocked daily. Also two complimentary bottles of premium spirits. In the lower end suites: Celebrity, Sky, Sunset, Aqua Class sky suite you do not. There is a drink package called “Drinks & More Package available to purchase for all room types that will stock your minibar if two adults in your room get this package, other perks are included with this package too.
Drinks & More Package: Starts at $85 per day per person
“Package includes all the benefits of the Classic and Premium Drinks Packages, like top-shelf spirits, a wide variety of wines†, liqueurs & cognacs, beer and champagne. Plus enjoy two bottles of wine*, $50 in casino free play**, and a wine tasting experience. Minibar included and replenished daily if two adults in your stateroom purchase this package.”
Classic Non-Alcoholic Package: Starts at $18 per day per person
“In addition to enjoying your favorite Coca-Cola selections, you may also enjoy juices, premium coffees and teas, and bottled water.”
Premium Non-Alcoholic Package: Starts at $22 per day per person
“In addition to the Classic Non-Alcoholic Package inclusions, refresh with premium bottled water from Evian, Perrier & San Pellegrino, specialty coffees & organic teas, Red Bull Energy Drink, coconut water and offerings from Vitamin Water.”
Kids Drink Package: Starts at $15 per day per person

Soda Package: Starts at $9 per day per person

Premium Water Package: Starts at $16 per day per person

Classic Wines by the Bottle Package (3, 5, or 7 bottle selections) Starts at $109

Is there a drink limit on Celebrity Cruises?
There is not a drink limit, however bartenders and servers can stop serving people who appear intoxicated. You can only order one alcoholic drink per person per order if you have the drink package.

- A 20% service charge will be added to Soda, Wine, Water, Classic, and Premium Package prices at checkout. Package prices may reflect an additional tax for certain ports or itineraries. Packages are sold on a per cruise basis, and not on a per-day or any other basis. No refunds will be issued for unused credits. Packages may not be shared, and do not include beverages sold in gift shops, mini-bar, or room service. Purchased packages may be modified up to four days prior to sailing by canceling and reordering the package. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued on board the vessel after embarkation day.
