Royal Group sells a brand

According to the Wall Street Journal the Royal Carribean Group (RCG) will sell one of its brands.
The Royal Caribbean Group will sell off Azamara Club Cruises for 200 million to Sycamore Partners, According to Royal Caribbean Finance Chief Jason Liberty the reason for the sale is not to raise funds; there was thoughts to sell the brand before the Covid shutdown. Azamara only accounts for 1.5% capacity of The Royal Carribeanś Group sailing capacity. RCG is devoted to keeping and developing its current brands
